How often do you ship out parts?
We ship parts out daily.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to most cities in Canada and the USA. Check for shipping fees to your area with your local UPS or preferred shipper. What is your warranty policy on parts?
Our policy is 12 months or 12, 000 km or whichever comes first on defective parts and subject to replacement only.

Are electrical parts returnable?
All electrical parts and special order parts are NON returnable.

What do I do with the cores?
Return the cores in their original boxes prepaid for your refund of core charges.

What if I install a part and it doesn't fix the problem?
It is your responsibility to ensure the part ordered is the part required to repair the problem, proper diagnostics will ensure this.

What if I don't need the part I ordered?
Any NEW part that has NOT been installed other than electrical parts can be returned prepaid for a refund. All electrical parts are NON returnable.

What if I installed the part but I didn't drive the vehicle?
Because of our strict manufactures guidelines, any safety related part installed cannot be reused because of the unknown stress factors that were applied to the part during installation and therefore not resaleable thereby,insuring your purchase of our quality NEW parts SAFER for you and your family.

Where can I find the proper information I need to be sure I'm ordering the right part?

The production date is on the drivers door pillar where the door latches.The engine code is located on the timing belt cover.This information can also be found in your owners manual. Another way to be sure it's the right part is to get the part number off of the old part you removed.Most all VW parts have an identifying number stamped,or printed on the part.Usually the Year,Production Date, Model,and Engine Code are all that's needed to get the proper part if, the correct power train is in the vehicle and no modifications have been made to your vehicle.
